Now we have relocated to a shiny new campus, it is time again to get the bands making music. In addition to the above groups, we also now have a Baroque Ensemble (Monteverdi, Vivaldi, etc) and a Recorder Group.
Your commitment will be about one and a half hours a week for ten weeks, once in each semester. There will be a ‘variety show’-style concert in December and March. Most of the groups include complete beginners, as well as those with more experience. You have no excuses not to join! The Traditional

Most of the groups require singers, and any instrument can get involved. We also have a Guitar Group for beginners and post-beginners. We have a few (not many!) instruments for you to borrow.

Separate from the activities of Q
Rob also ran Listen At Lunch sessions, where staff and students could come and listen to music while eating lunch. Rob would ‘set the scene’ with information on the background to the recordings – everything from avant-garde funk by Miles Davis to Renaissance Scottish
