Debt that kills careers
A new survey shows that nearly a third of Scottish students have thought about dropping out of their courses because they are so cash strapped.
The figure is higher among those students whose parents did not attend college or university according to student leaders.
Queen Margaret University
is trying to ease financial pressure on students while helping the environment.
Students in the halls of residence will be asked to donate their unwanted kitchen utensils, crockery, clothes and books as they leave.
