The President and Captain Forum informs and supports the work and activities of S&S at QMUSU. This forum consists of Presidents and Captains of Sports Clubs & Societies, who use it as a place to discuss issues affecting Sports & Societies.

The Presidents and Captains Forum is chaired by the Vice-President with support from the Sports Officer and the Societies Officer, and information and feedback from this group will form the work of the Vice-President while also feeding into the Officers' Committee.
