Knock ‘em for Six

Did you know only six countries give women equal legal work rights as men? Shocking, isn't it!

Whether you’re kicking off your career, looking to make a change of gunning for promotion, there’s no doubt it can be a seriously daunting prospect. As a woman, this can often mean you can face different challenges to your male counterparts; from salary gaps and male dominated industries, to differences in workplace rights to the idea of becoming a mother one day for some.

We’re here to help you make the first or next step in your career with confidence and make sure that you put yourself on a path of respect, success and happiness that every woman deserves in the workplace

Hosted by Director, writer and equality specialist, Mireille Harper; she’ll walk you through six, realistic steps any woman can take when entering the workspace to help ensure your rights are protected to give your career the best chance to flourish. Whether you’re a graduate stepping into your first role, lining yourself up for a promotion or looking to climb a few rungs of the ladder and want to make sure you’re clued up before having the big conversation!
