Congratulations to all the winners of the 2021 STaR Awards!

This year, the STaR Awards were dedicated to Douglas McBean, who sadly left us last November. Douglas was an inspiration to so many students, and notorious for his sense of humour and for making complicated subjects easy to understand. He was also a good friend to many members of staff, and he will be remembered fondly by us all. Every year, Douglas received nominations in the STaR Awards for making a difference to the student experience, so, on top of dedicating the ceremony to his memory, the Award for Most Inspirational Staff Member will now be known as The Douglas Award.

If you haven't managed to follow the Award Ceremony live, you can watch it here.
