We like starting the new year on a positive note and we are very happy to share some good news with you...

Last year we once again teamed up with the British Heart Foundation (BHF) and took part in the University campaign Pack for Good. The campaign encourages students to donate their unwanted items; the items are then sold in one of their 740 shops across the UK, with all profits going on to fund life saving research. 

2018 has been another fantastic year for the campaign. QMU has had a massive increase in campaign donations 2 years running now. BHF shops on Lothian Road & Stockbridge really relay on this stock.

This is a brief summary of how QMU did:

684,953 kgs of CO2 greenhouse gas emissions and the weight of 11 elephants in waste going to landfill have also been saved by all the donations.
