The Students’ Union is delighted to announce a new partnership with the Macron Sports Hub Dundee.  

Following a successful tender with involvement from multiple stakeholders of Students’ Union and University staff and students, Macron have been awarded the contract as the supplier for official sportswear and leisurewear 

The Students’ Union team have been working with Macron to curate a core range of products which are now live for purchase via our online store. The SU will coordinate between sports teams and Macron to begin work on a tailored offering in designing our team's match day and competitive kits.  

Silvia, the President Student Activities, commented on the new partnership: 

“I am incredibly excited for the start of our Student’s Union collaboration with Macron and can’t wait to see how it will proceed!  Every item that has been shown to us at the Dundee warehouse was endlessly comfortable and will help furtherly tighten the community feeling that is already a trademark at QMU. I am sure that this will make for a long-lasting partnership that will dress every student through the years, accompanying and allowing them to always perform at their best!”  

Rachel Athey, Co-Head of Commercial Services at Queen Margaret University also added:  

“We’re really looking forward to working with the Students’ Union and Macron on this partnership this year. Macron are able to provide a full range across all our QMU branded Sports clothing, whether it’s student teams or QMU Sports & Fitness staff uniforms. We’re excited to be working towards a more consistent identity to sports on campus at QMU and with Macron’s approach to support in marketing and design we know this will build on the already strong community feel on campus.” 

On the partnership Dan Doyle, CEO of QMUSU commented: 

“We’re absolutely delighted to begin this new partnership with Macron to add a new offering for our students and sports clubs. Macron are a globally recognised brand and the quality of their products are world class, their vision for student sport made them the obvious choice as a supplier to reflect our values at QMU. Through this partnership we aim to further develop the look and feel for student sport at QMU and I’m confident that with the further retail offer provided through Macron that all members of the QMU community, staff or student will want to wear their University sports colours with pride.”
