11 Tables Upstairs @ £33pp (available only as a table of 8 for £264)

30 Tables Downsatirs @ £40pp (availableonly as a table of 8 for £320)

Welcome drink on arrival – 3 Course Meal – Live Band – DJ

 

To guarantee seating with your club or society we are selling tickets as tables of 8 this year.

 

Entertainment times:

 

11pm - 12am: Live Band

 

12am - 3am: DJ

 

Tickets will be sold in tables of 8 people & on a first come first serve basis – one tickets are gone, they’re gone.

 

If your sport or society are struggling to fill a table of 8, please contact the QMUSU at union@qmu.ac.uk with full details of each guest including name and matriculation number to be added to a reserve list.

 

(Please note that a small number of tables have been reserved to factor in Sports & Societies who will not be able to fill a table of 8 – these tables too are on a first come first served basis.)

 

The night itself gives us the opportunity to honour the achievements of sports & society members throughout the academic year to date and enjoy the company of the clubs and their members. Events for the night will include a drinks reception, 3 course dinner, the presentation of Awards,  and a live band & DJ.

 

After party tickets will go on sale at a later date and will be available to purchase online for £7.50.

This ticket will allow entry after 10.30pm until 3am, or tickets can be purchased on the door on the night for £10 (cash only on the night).
