Welcome to the Art, Drama and Music in Therapy Society (ADMiTS) at QMU

 

We are a space for anyone who has an interest in exploring how the arts intersect with mental health and wellbeing.

 

We are only in our third year as a society, and in 2025 won Best Newcomer Award at Grand Ball!      

Expect weekly workshops throughout the year, each week focusing on Art, Drama, or Music with activities such as drumming circles, improvisation, or life drawing, followed by a social space to discuss and connect. We will also organise bigger events such as socials at Maggie’s, career panels, and art shows! 

Above are some artworks from last years workshops, the first two of which were collaborated on by all the society members who attended the Give it a Go, and Poetry sessions, and the third was one individuals piece from our session on Bilateral Drawing.
