Hey! Welcome to Women's Football!

If you enjoy playing football and making new friends, then this is the team for you!

We welcome anyone and everyone into the team regardless of whether you are an experienced player or want to try something new!

 

The freshers fair for 24/25 year is on the 17th of September in the sports hall from 11am-3pm so please come say hi and sign up for our give it a go session on the 20th of September from 8pm-9pm (this does not cost money and is a chance to come have some fun and see if you would like to come to our regular training sessions and/or play in games against other University teams)

 

• Trainings:

Our trainings, led by our brilliant coach Dylan King, involve a variety of different drills and games to improve your skills and fitness whilst most importantly having fun! Our training takes place on a Monday afrom 8:30pm-10pm at a brand new pitch at Wallyford learning campus. This is accessible by car, train and bus and a group will always be heading from campus together so you wont ever have to travel by yourself.

• Games:

We are part of the BUCS league and have plenty of games coming up throughout the year , but do not worry if you are not confident to play games, you are still a valued player and we would love for you to cheer us on from the sidelines. We play on Wednesdays and you shouldnt be timetabled into many classes on this day so do not worry. We encourage everyone to attend training sessions and come along to our fun socials as we are all friends on and off the pitch.

• Socials:

We love a good social to get to know each other and strengthen our bond as a team and we will be hosting a variety of themed socials throughout the year for everyone to come along to! These take place on Wednesdays and will take place at our sponsor for this year... BallieBallerson!!!

 

Joining this team is a great way to meet new likeminded people, form new friendships, and enjoy football!
