PsychSoc is a cozy, welcoming space for students to unwind, connect, and feel part of a supportive community. We bring together Psychology, Sociology, and Public Sociology students — as well as anyone with an interest in the subjects — through relaxed drop‑ins, creative socials, and fun events. Our aim is to make university life feel a little lighter, a little friendlier, and a lot more connected.

We love running themed socials throughout the year, and we always welcome suggestions from students!

  

 

Our End of Year Conference is one of our biggest events, where 4th‑year students present their dissertations and alumni return to share their career journeys after QMU. It’s a great way to celebrate student work and stay connected as a community.
